What is the Future of Leadership Now?

As we transition into this new era of human consciousness it will require a type of leadership that goes beyond the ego, the defences, judgements and politics and has us all working together. 

Now, this maybe some convoluted dream, prayer or wish I possess or it could be a future to look into.

This shared experience of a pandemic (all being affected differently) could allow for us to notice what is and isn’t working - to experience the wholeness of being human and for us to really collaborate. Proper collaboration! Not the “pretend stuff” we were doing before this. 

At times of huge change it brings clarity. We see with new eyes the systems around us - light is shone on the political, economical, social and ecological structures we have been immersed in but not wholly aware of. This clarity gives us an opportunity. 

To lead with consciousness, to be relational to be wholly human. 

And so, could we focus on the H2H and the B2B and B2C? Could we dare to be more human with the humans around us?
